People constantly compare themselves with other with the measures
that world puts on us. i can say that i have very different definition
of success from a normal person, but i still compare myself to others
a lot
one of the measures i compare myself with is SAT
so, really what does SAT tell you?
NOTHING!
i know tons of people who got straight B's in school
and got over 2000 on SAT.
of course they read a lot and got brains that i don't have, but
it doesn't tell u if u are smart or not.
i read about Churchill biography yesterday. And
it comforted me a great deal to know that he was not a good
student when he was my age. He couldn't go to Oxford because
he only like to study what he wanted to. Maybe that was little
foolish, but i can totally relate to him. i like English, but
i hate science. I like reading, but writing is painful. I like
history and evaluating about them, but writing a research paper
takes life out of you.
i have SAT pretty soon, but i am trying very hard to relax and think
about what i really want in my life. Reaching an unattainable score stresses
me out, so i will just not think about the score right now.
i can be an influential and successful person without having a perfect SAT score
or straight A's. i know that i've tried really hard, and if i fail, i fail.
Being a Christian i am, i believed that God does not expect me to drain myself
out but improve little by little.
after all, life isn't about some numbers in piece of paper

2/24/09 Sick Day
I was really sick yesterday and I felt like i was going to die.
But i knew that it was only a cold and people get sick all the time
Then, i wondered what kind of disease do people die often from?
I did a little research on the stuff and found out some stuff.
Contrary to my belief, lower respiratory was what killed most people on the planet.
I've always thought it was AID/ HIVS, but it was still second most highest.
well, knowing what disease kill people most might seem depressing, but who knows
maybe it'll be in jeopardy
